Now Accepting Commissions at Ko-fi!
I'm officially launching my freelance career on a part-time basis. I'm now accepting digital art commissions at my Ko-fi page. I'm excited and a bit nervous in this new learning experience, but all in all I'll do my best. If you love what I do, consider support me and my work. Thanks and enjoy!
I'm still alive...
Hey y'all. I'm still alive. A lot has changed since I last updated here. Some of them were good; I had some good things happen in my personal life last year. Others were just awful. I'm not in the mood to list all the bad stuff that's been going on in the world and here in the U.S. Some of it is obvious; others take too much energy to bother explaining. Winter Storm Uri is still fresh in my mind. The snow was beautiful, but the blackouts were a harrowing experience. We thankfully haven't experienced burst pipes and water damage. Somehow, I managed to get the two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine due to my medical background. I just got my 2nd dose a few days ago. I can't wait to see my family and friends again without worrying about COVID-19. I just have to wait a little longer until everyone else gets vaccinated and are safe. I'm thankful that while I hadn't caught COVID-19, the pandemic and all the chaotic events that followed it have been major sources of anxiety for me. Thanks
Happy Easter and Resurrection Day!
Even though it's been a strange and difficult season, I'm thankful for what I've been given: my life, family, friends and loved ones, a job, shelter, food, clothing, and most of all being known and loved by God. Even though the storms we face now may be inconvenient for some and heartbreaking for others, try to live life moment by moment and find what joy can be found in the shattered pieces.
Where there's a cold lifeless winter, spring will arrive in abundance.
What are some moments that made you feel happy and content lately?
Everybody Doing OK?
Hi, folks! I hope ya'll have been doing well.
Ever since the coronavirus pandemic hit the US, there's been a lot of uncertainty and fear. I know there's a lot going on right now and everyone's worried, but even in the midst of extremely difficult times, there are still opportunities to make the most out of it. As far as I know, all we can do is hope, pray, and look out for our neighbors who are most vulnerable to the disease in this situation.
A shelter-in-place order has been set in place for the state that I live in since last week, and I think it's going to be extended to late April/early May. So, I've been doing my best to live and work
